This year's second shaved ice creation features herbal tea for the first time.

Rosehips combined with lavender offer a refreshing balance of tartness and sweetness, along with the delightful fragrances of rose and lavender.

Topped with plenty of roasted and fresh pineapple, and finished with coconut milk cream and blood orange ice cream for a tropical touch.
